Job description

As a Digital Marketing Specialist you hold a key position with the “strategy & digital marketing” team where you support our customers within your areas of expertise. This is an all-round digital marketing role that offers you development opportunities in both communication (SEA, programmatic, social) and more technical areas (SEO, CRO, analytics).  In this job you will perform the following tasks:

  • Develop digital campaign strategies based on our clients’ business objectives.
  • Set up and manage digital campaigns. This includes making strategic recommendations regarding the use of digital channels as well as hands-on running of campaigns.
  • Set up and manage social advertising campaigns with a focus on Meta and LinkedIn.
  • Set up and manage search campaigns in Google.
  • Create media and traffic simulations using tools specific to the channels.
  • Conduct segmentation and targeting exercises for our clients’ target audiences.
  • Work with our creatives to find the perfect alignment between message and audience that typifies high-performing campaigns.
  • Perform analyses based on data and translate the acquired insights into clear reports for our clients.
  • Provide workshops and/or training to our clients on topics within your area of expertise.

Within this role, you will work closely together with our strategist and marketeers on a daily basis, as well as with our account managers who are responsible for the customer relationship.


  • You already have a first work experience within a similar rol, agency-side or client-side.
  • You already have knowledge of Google Ads and experience in setting up and managing search, display, video, and shopping campaigns.
  • You can optimize campaigns based on insights gained from analytics tools such as GA4 and Looker Studio.
  • You are someone who is able to learn quickly and acquire new skills.
  • You are capable of translating acquired insights into a clear report that you present to your client.
  • You are passionate about the world of digital advertising and keep up with the latest developments in ad formats and technical possibilities.
  • You enjoy working independently and autonomously, but you are also a team player.
  • You have an infectious amount of energy, enthusiasm, and persuasiveness
