Job description

As a digital marketing specialist, you will join our “Strategy & Digital Marketing” team, where you will support our clients through your expertise.  This is an all-round digital marketing role, offering opportunities for growth in advertising (SEA, programmatic, social) as well as technical areas (SEO, CRO, analytics).  Your responsibilities will include:  

• Developing digital campaign strategies based on our clients’ business objectives.  

• Setting up and managing digital campaigns, including both strategic recommendations for channel usage and hands-on campaign execution.  

• Setting up and managing social advertising campaigns, focusing on Meta, TikTok and Linkedin.  

• Creating and optimizing search, video, display and shopping campaigns on Google.  

• Preparing media and traffic simulations using channel-specific tools.  

• Conducting segmentation and targeting exercises for client audiences.  

• Collaborating with our creative team to find the perfect alignment between message and audience, ensuring high-performing campaigns.  

• Analyzing data and translating insights into clear reports for our clients.  

• Delivering workshops and/or training sessions for clients on topics within your area of expertise.  

Required qualifications

• You have knowledge of Google Ads and experience setting up search, display, video and shopping campaigns.  

• You can optimize campaigns based on insights gained from analytics tools such as GA4 and Looker Studio.  

• You are a quick learner, capable of acquiring new skills independently.  

• You can transform insights into clear, structured reports and confidently present them to clients.  

• You enjoy working independently and autonomously but are also a team player.  

• You are fluent in Dutch and English, French is a big plus.  

Experience

You already have some experience in a previous role, either within an agency or on the client side.
