Our portfolio includes customers like Carrefour, Di, Tom&Co, Club, Trafic, Febiac, Renmans… To strengthen our delivery team, we are seeking a Technical Project Manager who will help us deliver excellence in some of our most pivotal digital and automation projects.
Job Description
Within this role you will have the opportunity to manage technical projects where the component of (product and customer) data is quite important and, to follow the rollout of your projects to production ensuring that post-launch operations run smooth.
Projects include Automation of Publishing Processes; Development of websites and systems integration; and Data and data-processes analysis, integration, and automation.
In this job you will perform the following tasks:
- Lead and coordinate technical projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budget estimations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including team members and external partners and clients.
- Identify, follow-up and resolve technical issues and roadblocks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliancy of the non-functional elements of the project: tracking & reporting; cookies management; technology choices and constraints; domains and hosting; security and data protection.
- Write functional and technical documentation.
- Coordination of data topics transversal to projects and/or operations.
- Analysis of datasets to identify sources of issues or improvement areas.
- Coordination of external partner(s) involved in data handling.
- Oversee the data integrity and portability across different systems and platforms.
Qualifications
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in managing technical projects, such as software development, system integrations, IT infrastructure deployments. Experience with data governance, data integrity, and compliance.
- Project Management Skills: Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Experience with project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation is important.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or any other data management software. Familiarity with API’s and data portability across different platforms is crucial.
- Technical Expertise: Apply understanding of IT principles and data management to guide the project to successful delivery.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex data-related and or other technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving project goals.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Adept at identifying and resolving issues that may arise during the project, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and deliverables.
- Stress Resistance: Demonstrates resilience and the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure, managing stress in a way that maintains team morale and project momentum.
- Languages: French and Dutch (at least fluent in one, and passive knowledge of the other) and English.
- Nice to have:
- Knowledge of ODBC, EasyCatalog, systems PIM/DAM/Publishing.
- Experience in software development and web technologies.
