Job description

As a Digital Marketing Specialist you hold a key position with the “strategy & digital marketing” team where you support our customers within your areas of expertise. The focus of the job will be to set-up, manage and optimize digital advertising channels including search, social media and programmatic advertising. In this job you will perform the following tasks:

  • Developing digital campaign strategies based on the business goals or our customers.
  • Setting up and managing SEA campaigns. You can make strategic recommendations about how to fit SEA into the marketingmix but you will also run campaigns hands-on.
  • Setting up and managing Social advertising campaigns with focus on Meta and Linkedin.
  • Setting up and managing digital campaign in other formats: display, video, native advertising… directly or through a media partner.
  • Drafting up media and traffic simulations using the proper tools within the right channels.
  • Supporting our customers in segmentation and targeting excercises within the target audiences of our customers.
  • Searching for the perfect match between message and target audience together with our creative team.


  • You already have a first work experience within a similar rol, agency-side or client-side.
  • You have very good knowledge of Google Ads and hands-on experience in setting up and managing search, display, video and shopping campaigns.
  • You can optimize campaigns based on insights from tools like GA4 and Looker Studio.
  • You are a quick learner that can work self-sufficiently and adapt quickly to new techniques and processes.
  • You can summarize your analysis in a clear report that you present to our customer.
  • You are passionate about the world of digital advertising and are up to date with the latest developments in ad formats and technical features.
  • You can work independently but are also a team player
  • You are an energized person that can radiate enthousiasm and persuasion.
